This policy describes how 100HP.ai (the "Site") may collect, use, and process information when you visit. By using the Site you accept this policy.

The Site is a publicly accessible educational resource and does not require account creation, login, or submission of personally identifiable information. We may, depending on configuration, collect or process the following:
- Server access logs. Standard web-server log entries, which may include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent string. Used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic statistics.
- Browser-local data. Information stored locally in your browser via
localStorageand similar APIs, including UI preferences (language, theme), checklist state, and saved-biohack lists. This data is not transmitted to us; it remains on your device and can be cleared via your browser's settings. - Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4.
- Third-party analytics and advertising. The Site may use third-party services (such as web-analytics providers and advertising networks) that, with your consent, set cookies and collect usage information consistent with their respective policies. Such services are described generally; specific service providers may be added or removed without changes to this policy. The current list of active third-party processors is available on request.
2. Lawful Basis (where applicable)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or comparable regulations apply, we rely on the following lawful bases:
