1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using 100hp.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Site provides general information about health, biology, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and similar topics, drawn from publicly available scientific publications. The information is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. The Site:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100HP.ai expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 100hp.ai, its operators, contributors, affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content thereon, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
Cost of substitute services or products.
Emotional distress, anxiety, or psychological harm.
Reliance on or use of any information, advice, or recommendation appearing on the Site.

If, despite the foregoing, liability is imposed on 100HP.ai by a court of competent jurisdiction, our aggregate liability to you for all claims, in the aggregate, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us for use of the Site in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one United States dollar (USD $1.00). The Site is offered free of charge; (a) is therefore zero.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 100HP.ai, its operators, contributors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual-property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right, or (d) any claim that your action or omission resulted in harm to yourself or any third party.

The Site references and links to publicly available scientific publications (PubMed, Cochrane Library, etc.) and other third-party resources. These references are provided for the user's convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or any other aspect of third-party websites, publications, or resources. References to specific products, supplements, services, organizations, or individuals do not constitute endorsement or recommendation.

Citations to scientific publications are descriptive references to publicly available research. We do not claim authorship of cited works, nor do we represent or guarantee the validity, replicability, or current relevance of any cited finding.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Engage in automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extraction of Site content without prior written permission.
Use Site content to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models (see /robots.txt for our published machine-readable policy).
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from such individuals. If you are under 16, you must not use the Site.

11. Modification, Suspension, Termination

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice or liability, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site, to remove or disable any content, and to terminate any user's access to the Site at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Site is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in such location, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

13. Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver thereof. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 100HP.ai with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
